Get Lean In Six (GLIS) is an effective, time efficient programme designed for fitness gains and fat loss whilst supporting you through the four pillars for success:

  • Nutrition 
  • Exercise     
  • Rest and Recovery
  • Positive Mind Set

Choose between a 6 week or 6 month programme to suit your individual goals.  

GLIS is an online and fully supported health and fitness programme designed around today's fast paced lifestyles.  Each workout duration lasts no more than 20 minutes (30 minutes with warm up and cool down) and provides a progressive, proven workout plan designed by fully qualified exercise professionals.  Frequency of training ranges from 3-5 times per week and each exercise and workout comes with a full breakdown of technique, variations and adaptations for all fitness and ability levels.

You get access to ALL streams of exercise formats including body weight, kettlebells and free weight workouts enabling you to either train at home, at your gym, in an exercise studio or when travelling.

GLIS is more than just a workout plan, we also educate and promote a long term sustainable nutritional approach to a balanced healthy lifestyle.

We have a dedicated and exclusive Facebook group where we can help you with goal setting and offering motivation and support to help you achieve your health and fitness.

Choose between the following programmes:

GLIS1 - 2 months - £66.00 (2 week Origin plus 1x6 week programme)

GLIS3 - 6 months - £159.00 (2 week Origin plus 3x6 week programmes)

Origin: The starting point/date of each programme,  This is a 2 week orientation period of each GLIS programme to prepare both physically and mentally and plan your nutrition and workout schedules.  These are essential and take place on the following dates:

26th December 2016

20th February 2017

17th April 2017

12th June 2017

21st August 2017

16th October 2017

Day One: The first day of the Get Lean In Six Programme

Goal: Your own personal end date of the programme

Please note, you will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and sign an Informed Consent prior to undertaking the programme.
